We're going to be finishing the series on Three-Step Meal Prep! Remember 1) You plan, 2) you prepare, 3) you complete. It's very simple. We are going to be giving you eight more recipes from four different foods that can be prepared in 20 minutes or less a day, which equals 10 minutes a meal. These dishes are both delicious and wonderful.
For example: In this session we're going to be talking about steak kebabs, steak lettuce wraps that are out of this world, how to prepare an amazing sea bass, we’ll give you the pointers on how to make a Sicilian fish stew, a Thanksgiving type meal! The turkey & radishes are like mashed potatoes which are amazing! Also in the line up of Yummy, Yummy Food is the most incredible turkey chef salad! Get ready for scrumptious basil chicken and then both tomato basil soup AND creamy tomato soup!
In Summary this Master Class is “Yummy, Yummy Food” which includes a lot of great recipes, as well as, finishing up the series on Three-Step Meal Prep.
