For those of you who are on the Listen To Your Body part of our program, you're going to love this session because the information is applicable immediately. For those of you that are in 2030, it will give you some great ideas. There will be some things to look forward to and how you're going to be able to incorporate these foods. You’ll absolutely love knowing these things we are going over are a part of the overall big picture of the eating portion of our plan.
In this Class you will learn how you can enjoy different yummy foods like pizza, or sloppy joes! How about French fries, chips, & roast beef stroganoff??? Ha Ha!!!!!! There's a comfort food for you! How about chicken fingers? I know your mouth starting to water, just thinking about them.
By the way…we're not talking about lettuce wrap tacos here. We're talking about the real thing! And we're not talking about cauliflower French fries. We're talking about FRENCH FRIES!!!!
