When you think about D.I.E.T. (Do I Eat This), your brain is focused on the food. Food you can have or can’t have. Food you do want or don’t want. But it’s all focused on food. And the thing is, the real secret to permanent results, lasting results is that it’s not about the food.

Why "DIET" Is Only Temporary

The average person has been on 10-20 different diets in the last 3-5 years. This will prove it’s not about food. If you say to yourself, “I haven't been on that many diets...”

Let’s think about it. Have you...

  • Watched calories to lose weight
  • Cut back your portions to lose weight
